Blackberry Liqueur

Made from the finest Sussex Blackberries, harvested at the peak of ripeness. Nothing compares to the flavour of this Liqueur, so much so that it's Bramble's signature liqueur. 

Designed to pair with graze boards both savoury and sweet, to be drunk neat at room temperature. It also goes fantastic in a cocktail or two!

The Bramble - A true classic

50ml Blackberry Liqueur
50ml Dry Gin
25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup (to taste)

Shake together and serve over ice.

50ml Blackberry Liqueur
25ml Elderflower Liqueur
25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup

Shake over ice and serve in a frosted martini glass.
