Bespoke Recycled Silver Copper Barnacle Textured Pendant Necklace
This unique bespoke recycled silver and copper barnacle pendant necklace is crafted from your own broken or unwanted silver jewellery, giving it personal significance while being sustainably made.
The long, narrow necklace features a beautifully textured surface, inspired by barnacles on rugged coastal rocks. With its tactile feel, it serves as a lovely reminder of wandering among the rocks on a Cornish beach while the tide is out.
The pendant is first hand-carved in wax, with the barnacle texture carefully added once the shape is formed. It is then cast in your recycled sterling silver using the sand casting method, making every piece truly one of a kind. The barnacle necklace is finished with a 45cm sterling silver chain.
The images show a variety of these silver barnacle pendant necklaces but every pendant is unique, with slight variations due to the nature of the casting process.
There is an option to include a video of your silver being cast in sand. This will be uploaded to a QR smart sticker and attached to the back of your Arvor and Mor presentation box (or in a card if you choose the gift wrapped option).Â
